If you use the enquiry form on our website, any information you provide will be held by the Brough Community Centre Management Committee and its employees.
Cookies
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after one day.

If you make an enquiry about a specific event or activity session being run at the Petuaria Community Centre, we may share your details with the person, group or organisation coordinating the session so that they can contact you in relation to your enquiry.
If you run a public event or activity session within the Petuaria Centre we may publish information about your session on this website along with contact details for you or your organisation. This information may also be shared with Elloughton-cum-Brough Town Council for publication on their website and in the Petuaria Press solely for the purposes of promoting your event or activity session.
We do not share your personal contact information or other details about you or your organisation with any other third parties.
How long we retain your data
If you submit an enquiry via our website, your information may be held on our web server for up to two years from the time the enquiry was made.
Data that you submit as part of an enquiry may also be held offline in digital and hard copy format. This data will only be retained for the purposes of administration and financial record keeping or where there is a legal requirement for us to do so.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you run a public event or activity session within the Petuaria Centre and do not wish to have information about your session or contact details published on this website then please notify the Site Manager at the time of booking.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
