Petuaria Community Centre comprises three rooms which may be hired by residents and community groups for events and activity sessions. Sessions may be booked between 8am and 10pm subject to availability. Basic room hire rates are as follows.
Main Hall – £16 per hour
Meeting Room – £12 per hour
Office/Interview Room – £8 per hour
A 20% discount is available for qualifying community groups and charities. A further 20% discount may also be available for multiple sessions when booked in advance. Discounts are applied at the discretion of the Brough Community Centre Management Committee and are subject to hirers’ full compliance with our terms and conditions of hire.

Children’s Parties
The Main Hall is also available for children’s parties at the discounted rate of £36 for a three hour booking or £54 for up to five hours.
